2 c. carrots, sliced or quartered
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
3/4 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Boil carrots in salt water and drain.
Mix vinegar, cornstarch & salt and boil until smooth.
Add cooked carrots.
To reheat add butter.
