Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
2 cloves minced garlic
1 medium onion, diced
1 TBSPN olive oil
2 cans broth ( beef or chicken)
2 cups water
½ lemon pepper
1 tsp Lawrys seasoned salt or Adobe seasoning
1 bay leaf
4 carrots sliced thin
4 stalks celery chopped
1 large tomato
1 can garbonzo beans

For the meatballs
1 lb lean ground beef
1 egg, beaten
2 TBSPN uncooked rice
salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Make bite-sized meatballs with all meatball ingredients. Set aside

Mix all soup ingredients in large pot, cook on high and bring to a boil.
Drop meatballs into boiling soup, then simmer for one hour.
