home-made broth (water, onion, celery, chicken pieces)
Mrs. Jameson® Chicken Broth Flavoring
butter
parsley
salt & pepper
noodles - fine (NOT angel hair); Mrs. Miller's® or Inn Maid®

Directions:
Directions:
Home-made broth: Boil large amount of water in a pot with quartered slices of onion, celery cut into big chunks, wash chicken pieces (Niffer uses thighs). Boil until the chicken is done and meat is falling off the bone. Remove chicken to cool. Strain broth into a large bowl; discard onion and celery. Save broth until ready to cook noodles. Remove skin from the chicken and cut chicken into small pieces.

Noodles: Bring broth to a boil; add chicken broth flavoring, salt and pepper until broth tastes good. Add noodles; bring to a boil. Lower to simmer and cook until noodles are tender (20-30 minutes+ depending on the size of your batch). Add butter, chicken pieces and parsley.
