1 pkg. yeast
1/2 cup warm water
1 1/4 cups sugar
4 t salt
4 cups water
1 cup oil
4 eggs
14 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Begin around 4pm
Soak yeast and 1 t sugar in warm water
In a large bowl add sugar and salt, then 2 cups boiling water, stir until dissolved
Add 2 cups cold water, add oil, eggs and yeast mixture
Add 7 cups of flour and beat 5 minutes then add remainder of flour 1 cup at a time
Remember dough needs to be moist so you may not need all of it
Let rest 10 minutes and turn out on floured board and knead
Place in greased bowl and cover
Let rise and punch down as often as necessary until 10pm
Form into buns and place on greased cookie sheets
Cover and let rise overnight
Bake 375º for 15 minutes
