3 3/ cups flour
6 T butter
1/2 c shortening
2 t salt
4 1/4 cups potato buds
1 cup milk
1/2 cup cream

Directions:
Combine all ingredients except flour
Bring to boil and cool overnight
Add flour
Work in small batches and keep cold
Roll as thin as possible
Griddle 500º
