Cube 3 potatoes and cook in 3 cups of water until tender. Add 3 Tbsp. dill or more as well as salt/pepper to taste.

Make dumplings from: 1 cup flour and 2 eggs and drop dough from teaspoon into a separate saucepan of boiling water. Cook until the dumplings rise to top of water (few minutes). Drain and add to soup. Turn heat on lowest temp and add 1 cup of cream. Cook only a few minutes as if you cook after adding cream at too high of heat, it will curdle.
