1 onion
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
1 tbsp ground mustard
1 egg
2 dl mineral water
700 g ground beef
salt and black pepper
butter
1 dl beef broth
3 dl whipped cream

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and chop onion. Mix onion, breadcrumbs, mustard, egg and mineral water. Allow the mixture to swell for a while. Add the ground beef and mix thoroughly by hand. Call Tobias or use disposable kitchen gloves. Season with salt and pepper.

Wet your hands and roll the dough into golf ball sized balls. Fry the balls with plently of butter until beautifully browned throughout. When the balls are browned. Add the broth and whipping cream and heat gently for about 20 minutes.

Serve with mashed potatoes, pickles and pickled beetroot on the side.
