Ingredients: 2 cups flour 1/4 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt Broth of 1 cooked chicken dice or cut up cooked chicken

Directions:Place flour, baking powder, salt in medium size bowl. Stir with a fork. Make a well in the center. Pour water into the well. mix until a ball is formed. You may have to add more water Add water by littles. Form the ball of dough and transfer to a floured surface. I use a folded sheet. Put the ball of dough on the floured surface and put a little flour on your dough ball to be able to knead it just a little. Roll out your dough pretty thin. Cut into about 1/2 in strips. Place into pot of boiling chicken and chicken broth. I would say 1 batch would be enough for two people. The trick is to decide how much broth to cook your chicken in to be able to accommodate the amount of dumplings you want to make. When cooking the chicken, be sure the whole chicken is covered with water. Salt and pepper the chicken broth..
