"A man who was fond of wine was offered some grapes at dessert after dinner. "Much obliged," said he, pushing the plate aside; "I am not accustomed to take my wine in pills."--Jean Antheleme Brillat-Savarin, The Physiology of Taste

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 cup (4 oz) fontina cheese
1 cup shredded carrots & zucchini
1 package frozen spinach (all the moisture squeezed out)
3 cups ricotta cheese
1 egg
lasagna noodles, cooked
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 onion
2 TBS flour
1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

I have no instructions for this recipe - if I had to guess, I'd say that the last four ingredients make a sauce - finely chop the onions and saute in some butter or olive oil, add the flour, then the broth and cheese.

Then mix up the rest of the ingredients as a filling and alternate layers with the noodles and sauce, topping with some mozzarella (which was not on the original recipe, but I added it)
