1 ½ cups of brown sugar
½ cup of butter
1 egg
1 cup of sour milk (or milk with 1 tablespoon of vinegar added)
2 cups of all-purpose flour
½ teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of baking soda
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
1 ½ cups of rhubarb, diced
⅔ cup of all-purpose flour
½ cup of brown sugar
4 tablespoons of butter
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ cup of nuts, chopped

Preheat oven to 350º F. - Grease a 9 x 13-inch cake pan

In a large bowl, mix brown sugar, butter. Add egg, sour milk, flour salt, baking soda, and vanilla. Fold in rhubarb. Pour into prepare cake pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. Remove from oven and allow to cool.

In a medium bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Fold in nuts. Spread frosting mixture evenly over cooled cake.
