CAKE
2 cups Sugar
1 1/2 cup oil
4 Eggs
2 cups flour
2 tsp soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cups shredded carrots
15 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 tsp Vanilla

ICING
Small Philadelphia Cream cheese
1/2 box of Powdered sugar
1/2 cup Butter or Margarine
1/2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:

CAKE
Cream the sugar and oil.
Add eggs 1 at a time, sift dry ingredients and add pineapple and juice as well as vanilla. Mix well.
Add carrots and blend.
Bake 45 min. at 375 degrees in 10x13 inch pan.

ICING
Cream cream cheese, powdered sugar, butter or margarine, and vanilla.
Chopped Nuts may be added to icing.
