1 pkg. (small) lemon jello
1 c. apricot nectar
1 box lemon cake mix
4 eggs 3/4 c. cooking oil
1 T. lemon extract

GLAZE:
1/4 c. lemon juice
grated lemon peel
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1-2 drops yellow food coloring (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello in hot nectar. Let mixture cool slightly.
Add cake mix, eggs, one at a time, and beat into
mixture. Add oil and extract. Cook 1 hour at 300
degrees. Pour into greased and floured bundt pan.
Cook 1 hour in 300 degree oven. Remove within 5
minutes from pan and immediately pour glaze over.

GLAZE:
Combine all ingredients.

This originated with Aunt Jean. She nicknamed it the
"Fruitcake Hater's Fruitcake". Very moist and good!
