2 1/4 cup flour
1 cup ground almonds
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 cup softened butter
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Knead dough for approximately one minute.
Refrigerate for one hour.
Roll out dough, use round cookie cutter.
Hollow out the center of a second cookie with a star cookie cutter (Used for the top).
Spread raspberry jam (no seeds) on whole cookie and place starred out cookie on top.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Preheat over to 350 degrees and bake for 10 minutes.
