2 large, ripe avocados
¼ - ½ tsp kosher salt
1 garlic clove
⅛ c finely diced red onion
½ lime's worth of juice
finely diced jalapeño, to taste
1 Tbsp chopped cilantro
dash of pepper

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place avocado flesh in a bowl and drizzle lime juice over it. Set aside.

2. In a pestle and mortar, combine salt and garlic clove to create a paste. Add to avocados and smash together just until combined.

3. Add remaining ingredients and mash until desired consistency. Add salt, pepper, and jalapeños in amounts to reach whatever flavor you wish.

4. Serve with tortilla or pita chips.
