3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups sugar
1 beaten egg
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups fresh rhubarb, cut in half inch pieces
1-9 inch pie shell, unbaked
TOPPING:
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup soft butter

Directions:
Directions:
Sift first three ingredients; add egg, sour cream and vanilla. Mix well and add rhubarb. pour into pie shell and bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix ingredients for topping and sprinkle over pie. Return to oven for 15 minutes for topping to brown.
