1 c. Crisco
1 c. Butter, room temp.
4 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
2 c. Brown Sugar
2 c. Granulated Sugar
1&⅓ c. Sour Cream
4 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
8 c. Flour
1 tbsp. Baking Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
2 tsp. Salt

**Topping**
16 oz. Cream Cheese, room temp.
1 c. Creamy Peanut Butter
2 Eggs
2 c. Granulated Sugar
2 c. Mini Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Prepare the topping. Cream cream cheese, peanut butter, eggs, sugar, salt and chocolate chips. Set aside.

Cookie
Cream Crisco, butter, peanut butter, both sugars and sour cream. Mix well. Add in eggs. Add the rest of the dry ingredients. Mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Shape into balls and roll into granulated sugar. Place on cookie sheet. Make a deep depression in each cookie with your thumb. Place 1 heaping teaspoon of topping in each cookie. Bake 10-12 minutes.
