1 cup of sugar
4 Tbsp flour
Milk (just enough to be thick but can stir)
3 egg yokes (save whites for meringue.
2 ½ cups of Milk
4 Tbsp butter
1 t. vanilla (Not imitation)
1 cup of sweetened coconut
1 deep dish pie crust
¼ cup sugar

Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add milk. Stir. Cook in microwave until it starts to boil or check it in 5 mins. Keep cooking for 3 mins. at a time and stir it until it thickens and is not runny. Add butter and vanilla. Stir in coconut.

Meringue

Beat egg whites on high with electric mixer until stiff peak. Add slowly ¼ cup sugar and a few drops of vanilla. Beat until sugar seems dissolved. Put on top of pie and bake in º375 oven until golden brown. Enjoy!
Refrigerate.
