In saucepan, heat just til boiling:
2 cups brown sugar packed
½ milk
½ cup butter
½ tsp salt
Add:
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup cocoa powder
1 cup shredded coconut
3 cups rolled oats

Drop by spoonful on waxed paper and cool.
