6 eggs, 6 teaspoons baking powder,
1 cup sugar, 6 cups flour,
1 cup milk, 4 teaspoons vanilla, lemon,anise or almond flavoring
1 cup oil


Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Put dry ingredients into large bowl. Make a well in the center and add liquids. Beat with spoon. If dry add tiny amount of milk, if wet add small amount of flour. Drop by teaspoons or roll in flour coated hands on to greased sheets.Depending on size bake 8 to 9 minutes. Do not overbake. Barely golden on the bottom is perfect. Frost immediately with confectionary sugar and water frosting with flavoring used in cookie dough.

Recipe may be cut in half using 3 eggs, 3 cups flour etc. Fast, easy and always great.
