1 15 oz can pumpkin (do not use pumpkin pie filling)
1 spice cake mix
½ c dark chocolate chips
1 c chooped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix and pumpkin until smooth. Add chocolate chips and walnuts. Bake at 300º f for 20 minutes.

Can be doubled. The cooked cookies can also be frozen and thawed at a later date. With heart healthy nuts providing omega 3 fats and dark chocolate chips and pumkin providing bioflavoniods and vitamins plus very little fat, these cookies are a healthy option for cookie monsters.
