2 1/4 c. white flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. organic granulated sugar
2 sticks unsalted butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 1/2 - 2 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Add flour, baking soda and salt to a medium bowl and stir.
2. Add sugars to bowl and stir.
3. Melt butter then add to bowl and mix until creamy. Add vanilla.
4. Mix in eggs, one at a time; when well combined, add chips.
5. Grease baking sheet, then drop rounded tablespoons of cookie dough on sheet, spacing them as to allow expansion to twice the diameter.
6. Bake in 375º oven for 9-11 mins. until golden. Allow to cool for several minutes then transfer to cooling rack.

Grandpa's favorite! Can add 1 c. of walnuts if desired. Makes about 20 good sized cookies.
