Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1/2 stick salted butter
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 7 oz. jar Marshmellow Fluff (cream)
2 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Prep: Grease 1 8x8 inch square pan, or line it with aluminum foil for easy removal. Set
aside.
Pour 2 c. of any flavor chips in a bowl; chocolate, peanut butter, mint, etc.

In a large heavy duty stock pot, or 5 qt. pot, add the first 4 ingredients and cook on medium high. Stir constantly. As the mixture melts and heats, it will rise in the pan due to air bubbles. Do not raise heat to speed up the process, you will end up with caramel. Bring to a full boil (when it continues to boil while stirring). Set timer for 5 minutes and stir until timer goes off. Add the vanilla.

Pour mixture into the bowl of chips and stir vigorously until melted. Pour into prepared 8x8 pan and let cool for several hours at room temperature; (do not refridgerate). Cut and store in an air tight container. Will store for up to a month.

Get creative! Add your favorite nuts or candies in the final melting. I have used coconut and almonds for an Almond Joy fudge!

Personal Notes:
This recipe has been around the world. It was based on an Amish recipe received over 30 years ago. This ships well. It has gone to soldiers during the holidays overseas to both Iraq and Afghanistan and to many family members throughout the continental US.
