2 c. - sharp cheddar cheese, grated
¼ lb. - butter
48 - pimento green olives
1 c. - flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Put the cheese and butter in a food processor and blend until smooth. Add the flour and mix well. Roll out to ¼ inch thickness. Cut the dough into 2 inch squares and wrap a square around each olive, sealing the seams. Place on a cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. Check after the first 10 minutes to see that the puffs don’t burn.
