Ingredients:

oil spray
1 to 1 1/2 lb. stew meat
1/2 gal. tomato juice
salt and pepper to taste. I like a lot of pepper.
1 chopped up onion
5 potatoes, diced into bit size pieces
3 chopped celery
3 chopped carrots
1 can (drained) green beans
1 can (drained) corn
1 green zuchini chopped into bit size pieces (optional)
1 yellow zuchini chopped into bit size pieces (optional)
1/4 to 1/3 worchestershire sauce
2 qt water (I probably don't use all of this, depending on how full the pan is.

Directions:

Get your largest soup pan.
Spray it with oil.
Brown your meat in the bottom.
Add your tomato juice
All all other ingrediants. If you don't have all the vegetables, don't worry, Just use what you have.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer and cook on stove top for about 1 hour until meat is cooked and vegetables are soft.

Grandma didn't have this written down. She would always just through in what she had to make this, but it was always wonderful.
