1 C. white sugar
1 C. powdered sugar
1 C. butter or margarine
1 C. vegetable oil
2 eggs
4 1/2 C. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. almond extract
Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream sugars, butter and oil. Add eggs, beat well. Mix in remaining ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Roll into small balls, press down with fork that has been dipped in flour ( or spread to 1/4" sheet for cutting shapes). Bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
