1 egg, beaten
1/2 tsp salt
2 T milk
1 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine; beaten egg, salt; mix till fluffy. Add, milk and mix well.

Add flour, mix until a soft dough forms. On a floured surface; roll very thin, about 1/8 inch or less, depending on how you like your noodles.Rectangle shape. Let dough sit for 20 minutes. With a sharp knife; slice across, the dough, about 1/8 inch wide.

Spread cut noodles out flat or hang from noodle hangers. If you have an indoor fold out clothesline, line with waxed paper and hang noodles over line. Let the noodles dry about 2 hours.

To cook; drop into boiling chicken soup or salted water; cook about 10 minutes.

One of my favorite smells in Grandma's kitchen; was when she made fresh chicken noodle soup. It was so wonderful and made your heart feel loved.
