Ingredients:  
Small chicken (about 3 lbs)
Plus one split breast
Put both in a pot and add water to cover
Add: 8 carrots peeled and cut
8 celery sticks cut
1 onion chopped
1 parsnip
Some fresh dill

Directions:
Directions:
Cook until it starts to boil, turn down to simmer and cook for one hour covered

Take chicken out and parsnip out

Throw parsnip away

Cut up chicken into pieces and put back into soup

Add two chicken bullion cubes and some parsley

Also add 2 packages of Manichevitz soup mix (minestrone)

Cook another 2 hours, covered. Cool and then refrigerate.

Lift off fat prior to heating

Heat and serve
