1 oz block Bakers chocolate (unsweetened)
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
1 "pat" butter (1Tbl ?)
smidge of vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate at low temperature and stir in milk to blend. Add sugar and blend then the butter and vanilla. Bring to a quick boil for consistency. Keep checking until consistency/thickness is right. Consistency/mouthfeel should be slightly grainy.

Pour liberally over ice cream.
