1 lb powdered sugar
3 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 tsp mint extract
granulated sugar
mint molds

Directions:
Directions:
In a large mixing bowl; cream together powdered sugar and cream cheese until smooth. Add mint or flavoring extract of choice; mix well.

Chill slightly.

Coat your mint molds with granulated sugar and press just enough mixture to fill mold level. Press the mint out onto parchment paper. Let dry at room temperature until mints are set and easy to pick-up.

Store in an air-tight container, in a cool place.

Grandma always made mints for any special occasion and Holidays and is a fond memory for all of us. I have continued this tradition with my family and everyone is always happy to see the "Mints."
