1 lb each ground beef, pork and veal
1½ cups breadcrumbs
2 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper or more if desired
¼ cup chopped parsley
2 garlic cloves minced
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients, shape into slightly flattened patties.

Fry in small amount of oil until browned on the outside and cooked inside.

Can brown on outside, then place in oven at 275º F to finish up for 10-15 minutes.

Do not be tempted to use just beef. If you don’t have all three meats use veal and pork, they're more tender than beef.

Never use dried parsley, always use fresh or frozen.

The same goes for garlic use fresh or frozen, not the powder.
