1 head cauliflower
1 Head Broccoli
1 Sholette chopped fine
1 clove garlic sliced thin
1 Large lemon, use juice, and use the outside for the oil
6 oz of butter browned slowly

Directions:
Directions:
Place butter in skillet, keep the temperature low brown butter until it releases the nutty smell of the butter, and add the Sholette and the garlic. Place the broccoli florets and the broken cauliflower heads into the brown butter. Place 1/4 cup of water in the pan and cover to steam until soft. This is not a long process, check on the vegetables until tender. Remove from the heat add the lemon Rine, and the juice.
You can also place shaved parm cheese before serving
