1 or 2 lb of Beef chuck roast
6 Cups water
1 Tsp beef bullion
1 Onion chopped
1 lb wide noodles
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chuck roast in water, with onion and bullion beef until you reach the taste you like. Remove beef from pot and let cool. Shred with fork, let broth simmer on low and add noodles when noodles finish cooking add meat back to pot and simmer on low
