1 c persimmon pulp
1 tsp soda
1 c sugar
1/2 c butter
1 egg
2 c flour
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
1 c chopped nuts
1 c raisins
Directions:
Directions:
Mix soda with pulp.
Cream sugar and butter; add egg and pulp and mix well.
Sift together dry ingredients and add.
Add nuts and raisins.
Drop by spoonful onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
