unbaked 9 inch pie shell- chilled
3/4 c brown sugar, dark
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 eggs slightly beaten
1 3/4 c pumpkin (No. 303 can)
1 c evaporated milk, undiluted
1/2 c water
processed cheese slices

Directions:
Directions:
Combine brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and nutmeg in 2 qt bowl; add eggs, mix well. Stir in pumpkin, then add milk and water; mix until smooth. Pour in pastry lined pie pan, bake in hot oven(425) about 40 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean; cool. Decorate top with turkey designs cut from cheese slices with cooky cutter or paper pattern.
