Cake Ingredients
cake mix that calls for 1/2 c. oil, 1 c. water and 3 eggs
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix

Icing Ingredients:

1 stick real salted butter
1-2 lbs. powdered sugar
3 heaping tbs. of Cocoa
Pinch of salt
Water, cream or milk, if needed

Cake Directions:
• Mix cake according to package directions and add in vanilla pudding mix.
• Pour into 2 cake pans
• Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
• Check for doneness and then cook 10 more minutes.
• Let layers cool completely before icing.

Icing Directions:
• Melt butter in boiler
• Add at least 1 pound of powdered sugar
• Add 3 heaping tbs. of cocoa
• Add pinch of salt
• Add water, cream or milk, if need more liquid
• Cook in boiler – stirring constantly.
• Add at least ½ bag of miniature marshmallows
• Stir constantly until all of the ingredients are melted and creamy
• Remove from the stove and beat by hand to get more creamy.
• Ice the cake while the icing is hot and easy to spread.
