Russet Potatoes
Butter
Milk
Sour cream
Garlic salt
Cheese
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and prick potatoes. Bake in a preheated 400º oven for an hour.
Let cool slightly. Slice top off of potatoes and scoop out potato and place in a large bowl. Stir in a few T of butter, ½ cup or so of milk, a few dollops of sour cream and a few shakes of garlic salt. Mix well. Fill potato skins with this mixture. Top with cheese and paprika.
Heat in microwave when ready to serve.
