1 c. Blackberry jelly
1 c. sugar
1 c, butter
Pinch of salt
3 egg yolks
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
1 prepared pie shell, unbaked

Directions:
Directions:
Mix jelly, sugar, butter, salt, egg yolks and vanilla; stir until well combined. Beat egg whites until stiff, then fold into mixture, Pour into unbaked pie shell. Cook until firm. Delicious and very rich.
