2 ½ c. oats
1 ½ c. flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 sticks butter, softened
1 ½ c. sugar
¼ c. molasses
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
2 c. raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F

Combine oats, flour, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a bowl and set aside. In large bowl beat butter, sugar and molasses on medium speed until fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla until smooth. Reduce speed to low and add in dry ingredients. Mix well to combine. Add in raisins and mix well.

Scoop cookies onto parchment lined baking sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake 15 – 17 minutes. Yes, they really do take this long to bake. Just be careful not to overbake them to keep them moist and chewy.
