Valentine Sugar Cookies Recipe

3/4 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 t. vanilla
2 3/4 c. flour
2 t. baking powder

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º

Cream margarine and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add baking powder and flour; one cup at a time; mixing well after each addition. The dough will be stiff.

Roll the cookie dough out on a floured surface and cut with desired cookie cutter.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 6-7 minutes until cookies are barely brown.
Remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack to cook.

Once cookies are cooled ice with icing. ( margarine. vanilla, milk and powdered sugar.) The amounts for the icing will depend on how many cookies you need to ice.
