1 C. Shortening
1½ C. Sugar
3 Eggs
3 C. Sifted All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
½ tsp. Salt
1⅓ C. Mincemeat
Directions:
Directions:
Combine all the ingredients together. Use a cookie scoop to place the cookies on a parchment paper lined cookie sheets, allow for cookies to expand.
Bake at 375º for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
