Directions:
Directions:
In a medium sauce pan, boil the fish, cleaned shrimp, scallops, and potatoes in about 4 cups lightly salted water until potatoes are cooked to liking. About 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, in a separate 5 quart pan, melt the butter. Add the cut celery and onions and saute until tender. Add the flour and mix well, then slowly pour the cream into the pan stirring to avoid scorching the cream. Heat until mixed well with no lumps from the flour.

When the fish mixture is cooked, pour the liquid from it into the cream mixture. Chop the fish, shrimp and scallops into bite size pieces. Add to the cream mixture with the can of clams. Heat thoroughly and enjoy!!
