1 lb. cubed cooked chicken
½ c. cheddar cheese
1 med. onion chopped
6 (6-inch) tortillas cut
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 oz. can green chilies
¾ c. skim milk
¼ c. chopped black olives
1 can enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and onions in microwave for 3-5 minutes or until white. Combine all ingredients except tortillas and cheese. Put in 9x13 casserole pan. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes. Add tortillas and top with cheese. Place back in the oven until cheese is melted.
