1 6 pound brisket
1 10 oz bottle Heinz 57 sauce
4 o liquid smoke
4 cloves minced garlic
seasoned salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 225ºF
Trim as much fat off as possible. Place brisket in aluminum foil - enough to entirely wrap it. Use seasoned salt and pepper on brisket. Mix the Heinz 67 sauce, liquid smoke and garlic together. Pour over brisket in the foil and seal tight. Cook for around 8 hours.
