12-14 country style pork ribs
3 c. Heinz catsup
2 tsp. mustard
2 T. chopped onion
2/3 c. molasses
2/3 c. brown sugar
liquid smoke to taste (start with 2 tsp.)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly salt and pepper ribs. Place ribs in pan. (A broiler pan works well.) Brown ribs, uncovered, for an hour in a 350º oven.

Make sauce using remaining ingredients. Simmer slowly for about 10 minutes. Baste browned ribs with 1/2 of the sauce. Return to oven. Reduce heat to 325º. After 40 minutes, turn meat over and baste with remaining sauce. Cover loosely with foil and continue roasting for 45 minutes or until meat is tender.
