1½ cups sugar
1 cup brown sugar
¾ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon vanilla
2 cups (16 oz jar) peanut butter
5 Tablespoons butter at room temperature
2 ½ teaspoon baking soda
18 oz or about 5 cups old fashioned rolled oats
1 cup M&Ms
½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
½ cup peanut butter chips

Position rack in center of oven and preheat oven to 350º. Generously butter a 18 x13x1 inch rimmed half sheet pan. Set aside.
In very large bowl mix together the eggs, and sugars until we’ll combined. Beat in the salt, vanilla, peanut butter, and butter until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and mix until just combined. Add the oatmeal, mix.
Spread the batter into the prepared baking pan, pressing down and smoothing the top into an even layer. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until the edges are vey light golden brown and center is set. Allow to cool in the baking pan before slicing and serving.
