  • About 3-4 medium Russet potatoes scrubbed, peeled, and diced

  • 1 onion, diced

  • Can of Corned Beef, chopped into squares

  • Biscuit dough made from Bisquick


Directions:
Directions:
In a pot, cover potatoes and onions with water and cook till done. Add chopped Corned Beef. Put in ovenproof dish. Make biscuits and put on top. Heat oven to 450° and bake 7-9 minutes till biscuits are golden brown.
