1 cup chopped dried apricots
1 cup boiling water
1 cup sugar
½ cup butter
1 cup sour cream
2 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon grated orange peel
½ cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Soak apricots in water for 5 minutes. Mix sugar and butter till fluffy. Add sour cream, mix well. Combine dry ingredients stir into creamed mixture just until moistened. Drain the apricots. Fold into batter with orange peel and nuts.

Bake 400º for 18-20 minutes.
