  • 1 container Ricotta (mix a couple of eggs, Parmesan cheese, and parsley to the ricotta cheese)

  • 2 mozzarella 1 lb. packages, sliced

  • Maybe 2 boxes of lasagna noodles

  • Lots of Grated cheese

  • Homemade Sauce


  • Directions:
    Directions:
    Cook up all the noodles adding oil/salt to the water and stirring. When done, cool off by running under cold water and leave in the sink to drain. The oil should keep it from sticking together.

    Put some sauce on bottom of pan, layer of noodles, layer of sauce, mozzarella, parmesan, and ricotta. Continue layering (4 layers of noodles). Cook according to lasagna package directions.

    This is for at least 2 large pans.

    This was one of the favorite dishes made by Gram. Because it was one of the more expensive dishes to make, she really only made it for New Year's Day as a special treat. Best Ever.
