Ingredients:  
2 Cans Crushed Tomatoes
1 6 oz can Contadina tomato paste
1/4 cup EVOO
1 Vidalia onion, chopped
5 garlic cloves, smashed with a pinch of salt
2-3 tbsp pesto (or 2 cubes frozen basil from Trader's Joes) (or 1/2 cup packed fresh basil and 1/4 chopped parsley)
1 tsp butter
Salt
Pepper
1 lb ground beef or sausage

Directions:
Directions:
1| Chop onion, garlic and fresh basil in food processor.
2| Heat olive oil and butter on medium and saute garlic and onions.
3| Add in tomato paste and continue to saute.
4| Add in ground beef until cooked.
5| Add to a large pot, with 2 cans of crushed tomatoes and pesto.
6| Simmer on low for 3-4 hours.
7| Salt and pepper to taste
