Cake:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup flour
2/3 cup pumpkin
1 cup finely chopped nuts
2 tsps cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder

Filling:
1 cup powdered sugar
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp oleo or butter, softened
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs at high speed for 15 minutes, gradually adding sugar. Sift together the dry ingredients; fold into eggs and sugar. Add pumpkin and lemon juice. Spread into greased and floured 15 x 10 in. jelly roll pan. Top with nuts. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out on a towel sprinkled with powdered sugar. Roll and leave until cool. Unroll and spread with filling. Roll up and chill before slicing. Refrigerate.
